as I write my Granddaughter is looking out of her window at tall ships anchored around the Albert and Salthouse docks

I don't Clarice, there was a lot of activity on Saturday night which went on until the wee hours, spotlights, torches and such like. which poppy saw when she got home late after a visit to Chester.
